ARTizen Music Group is first and foremost about the art of contemporary music. That music might be jazzy, R&B-inflected or imbued with the subtle rhythms of downtempo/chill music.

Rick Braun and Richard Elliot are the musical forces of ARTizen Music Group. Millions of records sold during Richard and Rick's major-label tenures attest to the fact that their music has found deep favor in the heart of fans. Additional scores of fans who have seen and continue to attend their high-energy performances gain us direct entry to a loyal fan base; very marketable and passionate about their core artists.

ARTizen Music Group launched in June of 2005 with the release of Richard Elliot's Metro Blue. Fueled by the smash hit single "People Make the World Go Round" it remains a best seller and took residence on the Billboard sales chart for over a year. Rick Braun debuted with his own Yours Truly later that first year. Rick's second release the rare fans-only Sessions Volume 1 was released a few months later.

ARTizen Music Group kept to its pledge of finding new talent as evidenced by the releasing of Jackiem Joyner's babysoul which is the highest debut by a new artist on Billboard's Jazz chart this year. Established talent including Shilts (Down To The Bone) and Soul Ballet also found a new home here. The release of Jason Miles' classic To Grover, With Love also exposed a knack for finding grooves in the out of print archives
